Summer dance camps in Peoria, AZ.

Themed camps for little dancers, intensives for serious ones, all in a black-box studio out of the Arizona heat. Dates go to the list first.

Our season runs fall through spring, with the Winter Showcase as its big performance; summer programming is announced separately, and this page is where it lives. The Facility opened in August 2026, so our first full summer is ahead of us — and we would rather tell you honestly what we are planning than post a schedule that does not exist yet. What we are building: week-long themed camps for young dancers, technique intensives for school-age and teen dancers, and one-day skills clinics with guest coaches like the tumbling clinics we already host during the season.

Dates, prices, and registration open to our newsletter list before they are posted anywhere else, and camps fill from the list first. If summer at The Facility sounds like your kid's summer, join the list below — one email a month, and the good seats first.

Themed camps for ages 3 to 8

Half-day, week-long camps built around a story — a princess week, a hip hop week, a musical theatre week — where every morning has a warm-up, a craft, a dance lesson, and a growing routine that the campers perform for parents on the last day. The goal is a great week, not a technique bootcamp: kids move for real in a black-box studio under teal light, out of the July sun, and go home tired and proud. Our early childhood teachers run them, and camps are capped so every camper is known by name.

Intensives for ages 8 and up

Multi-day technique intensives for dancers who want to come back in the fall stronger: ballet every day (it is the foundation for everything), plus rotations through jazz, hip hop, lyrical and contemporary, and acro, taught by our faculty — including our Hip Hop Director, who has coached NBA and college teams, and our Company Director. Intensives are leveled by age and experience, and dancers thinking about the invite-only competition company should treat them as the best way to be seen. Guest-coach skills clinics, like the tumbling clinics we run during the season, are scheduled through the summer as well.

What to expect when dates drop

Camps and intensives are priced per week or per session, published to the dollar the same way our tuition is, and posted on this page, the events page, and the newsletter at the same time. Camp days are scheduled during our normal hours — Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 9:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm; we are closed Sundays — with morning starts for the youngest campers. We are at 21461 N 78th Ave, Suite 185 in north Peoria, off the Loop 101 at Deer Valley, with free parking at the door.

Questions about camps

When are summer camp dates announced?

To the newsletter list first, then on this page and the events page. Join the list below and you will have the dates and a registration link before they are public.

What ages are the camps for?

Themed week-long camps for roughly ages 3 to 8, technique intensives for ages 8 through teen, and guest-coach clinics with their own age ranges announced per event.

Does my child need experience?

Not for the themed camps — they are built for first-timers and current students alike. Intensives are leveled by age and experience so beginners and advanced dancers each get the right room.

How much do camps cost?

Camps are priced per week and intensives per session; the numbers are published with the dates. We do not post placeholder prices, and nothing is charged that was not communicated first.

Can a camp count as a free trial?

The free first class applies to our regular season classes. Campers who enroll for fall after a camp get the same 24-hour registration-fee waiver as a trial student — ask us at pickup.

Do you run camps over school breaks too?

Short clinics and workshops sometimes land on school breaks; they are posted on the events page and sent to the list.
