Terms & Conditions. 

Program name: The Facility Dance Studio Alerts. When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages — on our registration form, in the family portal, or in person at the studio — you agree to receive recurring text messages from The Facility Dance Studio.

• Message types. Messages may include class schedule updates and cancellations, attendance and absence confirmations, trial class follow-ups, registration and billing reminders, birthday greetings, and announcements about studio events such as recitals, competitions, and special classes.
• Message frequency varies based on your dancer’s enrollment and studio activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier and depend on your plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 623-253-9229 or info@facilitydancestudio.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to register or remain enrolled at the studio.
• Carriers. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide and that you will notify us if you change numbers.
• Privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Registrations submitted online are requests; enrollment is confirmed by the studio, usually the same day.
• A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and sign the liability waiver for any dancer under 18.
• Class placement, schedules, instructors, and rooms may change; we will communicate meaningful changes to affected families.
• Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date, especially health, emergency, and contact details.

Tuition, fees, and payment schedules are published by the studio and may be updated with notice. Payments are processed through our payment providers; returned or failed payments may need to be resolved before a dancer continues in class. Refund and makeup policies are available from the front desk.

Portal accounts are for parents and guardians of enrolled dancers. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms.

The website and its content — text, photos, video, logos, and design — belong to The Facility Dance Studio or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.

Dance is a physical activity and carries inherent risk. Enrolled families sign a liability waiver at registration; that waiver, not this page, governs assumption of risk, release of liability, and medical authorization. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and our communications are provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
