As early as age 1! Our Mommy & Me class welcomes ages 1-2 with a parent or grown-up dancing alongside, and independent classes start at age 3 and run all the way through adult. The first class is always free, so there's zero risk in seeing if your little one is ready.

Nobody is too old to start — we place dancers by both age and experience, so a beginning 12-year-old is never dropped into a room of tiny beginners or seasoned teens. Adults dance here too, including Friday night Line Dancing. Come take a free first class and we'll find the right fit together.

We teach ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, acro, pom, and ballroom. Ballet builds the strongest foundation, while hip hop and jazz are high-energy favorites for first-timers — and since the first class in any style is free, many families simply try two and let their dancer choose.

Both. Every class has an age range, and within it our teachers look at experience and skill so each dancer is challenged without being overwhelmed. If a dancer would be better served one level up or down, we'll talk with you before making a move.

Yes — the first class in any style is always free, no card required. Enroll within 24 hours of your trial and we'll also waive the $35 registration fee.

You can join any time a class has an opening — our live schedule shows current availability, and the free first class applies whenever you start. Later in the year we'll help you pick the class where a new dancer can jump in most comfortably.

Register online at facilitydancestudio.com/register — it takes about five minutes and gathers everything we need, including emergency contacts and any allergies or medical notes. Once we approve your registration you'll get a confirmation text, and your family portal handles the rest.

Most of our families come from Peoria, Glendale, and the Arrowhead area, and we also see dancers from Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, and north Phoenix. If you've been searching for dance classes near Arrowhead, we're minutes away.

Yes — our plaza has a free parking lot right outside the door, so drop-off and pick-up are quick and easy.

We're open Monday through Friday 10:00 am–9:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–2:00 pm; we're closed Sundays. Class times vary by program — the live schedule on our Schedule page always has the current lineup.

Tuition is monthly: 45-minute classes from $69/month and 1-hour classes from $80/month, with discounts as your dancer's weekly hours increase. Full details are on our Pricing page, and tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

There's a one-time $35 registration fee — waived if you enroll within 24 hours of your free trial. Winter Showcase costume costs are announced well before they're due, and competition-company families receive a separate fee schedule. We believe in no surprise charges: anything beyond tuition is communicated before it hits your account.

Tuition is already month-to-month, so there's no big upfront commitment, and per-hour pricing drops as weekly hours add up. For families with multiple dancers, reach out — we'll walk through your schedule and make sure you're getting the best possible rate.

Auto-pay is optional — you can save a card in your family portal and pay your balance in one tap, or pay manually each month. We'd always rather talk than penalize: if something changes with your billing, reach out and we'll work with you.

Dress codes are simple and style-specific: fitted, movable clothing for ballet, lyrical, and contemporary; comfortable athletic wear for hip hop and acro. Your teacher will confirm exactly what your class needs at your free trial — for a first class, leggings or shorts and a t-shirt are perfect.

Shoes depend on the style — ballet slippers, tap shoes, or clean sneakers reserved for the studio floor. Don't buy anything before your trial class; your teacher will tell you exactly what's needed, and we're happy to point you to local and online shops we trust.

Hair secured away from the face (a ponytail or bun is perfect), no dangling jewelry, and phones stay in dance bags during class. It keeps every dancer safe and focused.

A water bottle and a labeled dance bag for shoes and layers. That's it — we keep it simple so getting to class is easy.

Life happens! Report the absence right from your family portal so the teacher knows. Where a comparable class has room, we'll help arrange a makeup — ask the front desk and we'll find the best option.

Tuition reserves your dancer's spot in the class and with the teacher, so occasional misses aren't refunded or credited — that's standard across studios. For an extended illness or injury, talk to us; we'll always work something out for a dancer who needs time to heal.

We run a fall-through-spring season with the Winter Showcase as its big performance, with summer programming announced separately, and we generally follow the local school-district calendar for major holidays and breaks. Closures are posted on the Events page and sent to enrolled families directly.

Please arrive about 5–10 minutes early so dancers can settle in — warm-up is the most important part of class for preventing injury. At pick-up, come in promptly at the end of class; young dancers are released to a parent or guardian inside the building, never to the parking lot.

Yes — our season builds toward the Winter Showcase, where every class performs on a real stage with professional production. We strongly encourage it (it's the moment the whole year clicks for a young dancer), but it isn't mandatory; just tell us early if your dancer will sit it out.

Costume fees are announced mid-season, well before they're due, so families can plan — one costume per performing class. Exact amounts vary by class and are posted to your family portal, where you can pay online.

Yes — dress rehearsal is where dancers learn the stage, the lights, and their spacing, and it's essential for a confident show. Dates go out far in advance so families can plan around them.

Ticket details are announced ahead of the Winter Showcase. We arrange professional photo and video so parents can actually watch the performance instead of filming it — and we'll share exactly how to order closer to show time.

We hold designated observation weeks so you can see progress up close, and teachers share notes and media through your family portal all season. Day-to-day, dancers focus best without an audience — but you'll never wonder how it's going.

Parents of our youngest dancers are welcome to stay in the lobby, and many do. For older dancers it's up to you — just be back before class ends for pick-up.
