Dance birthday parties in Peoria, AZ.
A private black-box studio, teal light, a real sound system, and a teacher who turns your kid's favorite songs into a dance party.
Picture the party: the birthday kid and their friends in an all-black studio edged in teal LED light, a concert-grade sound system playing their songs, and one of our teachers leading a dance party built around whatever they love — princess ballet for a five-year-old, hip hop for a nine-year-old, a musical theatre number for the kid who sings everything. Everyone learns a short routine, performs it for the parents at the end, and leaves feeling like the star of a show. Because in that room, they were.
Dance parties at The Facility are available by request, and we build each one with you: the age, the headcount, the style, the songs, and how much of the time is dance versus cake. Call or text (623) 253-9229 with the date you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs — no package prices on this page because every party is sized to the group.
What a dance party looks like
A teacher meets the group in the studio and runs a warm-up game to get everyone moving and giggling. Then the dance: a short routine to the birthday kid's chosen song, taught step by step so the friend who has never danced keeps up with the friend who takes three classes a week. Free dance with the LED scenes moving to the music, a couple of games, and a final performance for the grown-ups. Parents film; kids bow.
Time for food and presents can happen in the studio or the lobby depending on the group — tell us your plan and we will shape the room around it. You bring the cake, decorations, and guests; we bring the room, the sound, the teacher, and the choreography.
Which room, and why the room matters
Every studio here is a black box: black walls, black sprung floor, one line of teal light, and programmable LED scenes in Studio 2, the percussion room with the bass-tuned sound system. Kids react to it immediately — it looks like a stage, not a gym — and the sprung floor means a group of eight-year-olds can jump for an hour and go home without sore shins. Room size is matched to the headcount: our rooms run from 900 to 1,400 square feet, so a party of eight and a party of twenty-five both fit.
Ages, styles, and timing
Parties work from about age 4 through the teens; the teacher adjusts the routine and games to the age of the room. Any style we teach is fair game — ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, lyrical, musical theatre, pom, tumbling — and princess parties for the littlest dancers are a favorite. Teen groups often ask for a hip hop or a TikTok-style routine, and our Hip Hop Director's program is built for exactly that.
Parties are scheduled around classes, which usually means weekend and daytime slots; the studio is open Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 9:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm; we are closed Sundays. Reach out a few weeks ahead for the best pick of times. Adults celebrating a birthday have a standing option too: Friday night Adult Line Dancing at 6:30 pm, $20 a person, no partner or experience needed.
Questions about parties
How much does a dance party cost?
It depends on the headcount, the length, and the room, so we quote each party individually rather than posting a one-size price. Call or text (623) 253-9229 with your date and group size and we will give you a straight number.
What ages work for a dance party?
About 4 through the teens. The teacher shapes the routine and games to the age of the group — princess parties for little ones, hip hop for older kids and teens.
Do the guests need dance experience?
No. The routine is taught step by step so first-timers keep up with dancers, and the games are for everyone.
Can we bring food and decorations?
Yes — cake, food, and decorations are yours to bring, and we will tell you where they go so the studio floor stays clean and safe. Tell us your plan when you book.
When can parties be scheduled?
Around our class schedule, which usually means weekend and daytime slots. We are open Monday through Friday until 9:30 pm and Saturday 9 to 2; book a few weeks ahead for the best times.
Do you do adult birthdays?
Friday night Adult Line Dancing is a ready-made option — $20 a person, no partner or experience needed, and groups are welcome. For a private adult party in a studio, call and ask.
