Bailey directs The Facility's company program and competitive team, and her rooms run on a rare combination: genuinely high standards and zero yelling.

Her dancers compete hard, clean their choreography until it clicks, and come off the floor knowing exactly what they did well and what gets sharpened next. What they never get is a raised voice. Correction here sounds like coaching, not criticism.

By the end of a season, Bailey's teams describe the program the same way: it feels like family. That is not an accident. It is the standard she holds herself to before she asks anything of a dancer.
