Dance Classes
Deer Valley's dance studio.
We are on Deer Valley Road — literally. For the Deer Valley neighborhoods of north Phoenix and Peoria, The Facility is the studio around the corner.
The Facility sits at 78th Ave just off Deer Valley Road in north Peoria, which makes us the closest serious dance studio for most of the Deer Valley area — usually 10 to 15 minutes door to door, no freeway required.
Close does not mean casual. Our four studios are all-black boxes with sprung marley floors and teal LED edge lighting, and our faculty spans classical ballet training through NBA-team hip hop credits. Classes run ages 1 to adult across ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre, with Friday night Adult Line Dancing at 6:30 pm for the grown-ups.
Pricing is public, competition is optional, and the first class is always free. If you have been meaning to find your dancer a home studio, the nearest one might also be the best one.
What being the neighborhood studio actually means
Most of our 130-plus enrolled families live within a fifteen-minute radius of this corner of Peoria, and that closeness changes how dance fits a family's week. A forgotten shoe is a ten-minute round trip, not a crisis. A 4:30 pm class after school is unhurried. An eight-year-old can add a second style without the calendar collapsing, because the drive is the smallest part of the commitment.
It also means the lobby is genuinely local — the parents you wait with are from your school, your street, your grocery store. Studios talk about community; proximity is what builds it.

Trying us is a same-week decision
There is no reason to research us from a distance when you live ten minutes away. The schedule on this site is live, the first class is free, and if your dancer enrolls within 24 hours of the trial we waive the $35 registration fee. Weekday recreational classes start at 4:30 pm, preschool classes run Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and Saturday mornings carry the full young-dancer lineup from 9:00 am to noon.
Questions Deer Valley families ask
Which neighborhoods count as close?
Anything along the Deer Valley Road corridor on either side of the 101 — north Peoria, the 75th-to-83rd Ave neighborhoods, and the Phoenix side east of the freeway. If Deer Valley Road is part of your daily driving, so are we.
Do we need the freeway to reach you?
No — that is half the point. From most of the Deer Valley area you take surface streets to 78th Ave and Deer Valley Road, 10 to 15 minutes door to door.
How fast can a new dancer start?
Same week, usually. Book a free trial in any class with an opening on the live schedule, and if it fits, enrolling within 24 hours waives the $35 registration fee.
