Justin and Leah built The Facility around a simple conviction: a dance studio should feel like a stage, not a strip mall. Black rooms, teal light, and nothing between a dancer and the movement.

As owners, they are dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive community where dancers of all ages and levels can grow, train, and pursue their passion. They hire for warmth as seriously as they hire for credentials, because families remember how a teacher made their dancer feel long after the season ends.

Their rule for every decision, from tuition to casting: do the right thing, with integrity, fairness, and accountability. It is why pricing is public down to the dollar, why every new student gets a buddy on day one, and why nobody at The Facility is ever just a number.
