Office Manager

Allie Richards

Allie's title is Office Manager, but that undersells it — she is really our family and dancer experience manager. She handles most registrations, keeps the records clean, and makes sure every family has the tools they need to make their dancer successful.

She has been part of the dance community for many years, and it shows in the details. A scheduling question, something that needs clarifying, the thing nobody else can quite pin down: Allie is the person people go to for answers, and she is well regarded for a reason — she actually has them. She's usually the first person you see walking through the door, often already in the hallway coordinating whatever the day calls for.

She's also one of us in the truest sense: her own daughters train at The Facility. The experience she builds for families isn't an abstraction — her family lives it too, which is exactly why nothing slips through.
