About this class
Advanced Pom is for dancers 13 and up who love high-energy, precision choreography. Class moves fast and aims high, in a room that is always supportive.
- Precision and Power. Clean, sharp motions at full speed, with the timing and levels that make a pom routine look unified.
- Advanced Skills. Turn sequences, leaps, kicks, and jumps drilled for height, control, and consistency.
- Performance Ready. Formations, transitions, and stage presence that carry straight into school dance-team tryouts and the Winter Showcase.

What to wear
Fitted athletic top, shorts or leggings, and clean white indoor sneakers. Hair in a high pony.
For the trial, comfortable clothes and bare feet or socks are perfectly fine — buy shoes after you fall in love with it.
