For private lessons, choreography sessions and room rentals at The Facility. Short and simple.
The 48-hour rule
- Cancel 48 hours or more before your booking: no charge. The room fee is released.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before your booking (or don’t show): the room rental fee is still due.
Why we do it this way
With two days’ notice we can reasonably offer the room to someone else. With less notice than that, the room usually sits empty, so the booking still has to cover it.
Moving or cancelling a booking
Reply to your booking text, message us in the family portal, or call 623-253-9229. The sooner you let us know, the better.
